Comic Fest is excited to host a variety of food vendors to satisfy all cravings. All vendors must agree NOT to sell water, soda, sweet tea, and or lemonade, as Comic Fest holds exclusivity for those items. No exceptions! If you have a specialty drink that you'd like to offer, please let us know and we can work with you to make sure your drinks are available at the festival.

By purchasing a vendor space, you acknowledge, read, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set on this application. I acknowledge that failure to abide by the rules may result in the loss of my exhibitor privileges without recourse or refund. By agreeing to exhibit at Comic-Fest, the exhibitor agrees to protect, keep and save Comic Fest LLC and Event venue from any damage, loss, theft, cost, liability, act of God, terrorism, or expense that arises from their exhibiting at this show. This agreement covers full set up, and breakdown.
